Comments:  Ugandan soldiers live amongst the displaced Uganda people. A main reason for the spread of AIDS in Uganda is the fact that young women in the camps are sleeping with the UPDF soldiers. They are the only people in the camps that have a regular income and so are seen as a way out of their desperate situation for many young women. The problem is as soldiers, they are moved around to various regions of the country and knowingly or unknowing they spread the AIDS virus.
